Becoming a yogi In 2021, I spent time in Southern California embarking on a personal journey where I found a holistic approach to healing PTSD and chronic pain. I sought solace and strength in the practices of yoga, meditation, and energy work, having previously explored conventional medical and psychological avenues for support. As I continued to explore alternative therapies, including breathwork, brainspotting, and craniosacral therapy, along with immersing myself in the wisdom of yogic philosophy and the healing arts of Ayurveda, I discovered their remarkable efficacy. They provided me with a newfound sense of serenity, empowered me to better manage pain, and cultivate an authentic self-confidence. Driven by a desire for further personal growth and a commitment to sharing these transformative practices with others, I traveled to Central America in 2022 to earn certification as RYT-200 certified yoga teacher.
